What You’ll Do
As a Kiosk Manager, you’ll lead by example and ensure smooth day-to-day operations:
Oversee all aspects of kiosk management — including rotas, holidays, and team wellbeing.
Prepare and serve high-quality food alongside your team, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Maintain exceptional standards in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
Manage stock efficiently through accurate ordering, deliveries, and weekly/monthly checks.
Record deliveries, wastage, and temperature checks accurately using our internal Trail app.
Ensure full compliance with allergen and food safety procedures, delivering accurate information to customers.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with YO! policies.
Promote and uphold a safe, positive, and inclusive workplace culture.
Liaise with Regional Manager regularly, for business updates, audits and improvements.
Report directly to the franchisee with periodic stats and figures, as required.
What You’ll Bring
A willingness to work 5/7 days with 8am starts and upto 7pm finishes, with regular weekend working, including Bank Holidays.
Previous experience in the food industry (experience with Oriental cuisine is an advantage, but not essential).
Educated to degree level (management related subjects advantageous)
A Level 1 Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 3 supervisory preferred).
Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
A proactive attitude and the flexibility to travel to multiple sites as your career progresses.
